Various internal and external forces are there that affect an organization. Strategy, technology, complexity of the organization, environmental turbulence, attitude of the management, attitude of the personnel- are the key ingredients of an organizational structure. A strategic choice affects the entire organizational structure. Leadership plays a key role in strategy implementation. Like strategic planning, strategy implementation is not an event, rather it is a process.
