The EPCAD-OPA®
Capacity Optimizer is a model-driven discrete-event simulation
solutions package that enables planners, business analysts,
and operations managers to quickly solve their operations
capacity optimization problems. You can easily create and
adapt domain specific versions of your operating models using
the EPCAD Simulation Profiles Workbench and Operating Model
configuration wizard that can be incorporated into generating
simulation experiment models and executed.
The resource schedules
and plans generated from the business models are integrated
with customer demand data to determine effective capacity
requirements for delivering value to customers using simulation
analytics.
The application
supports visualization based evaluation of the simulation
output analysis to simplify and make the information easy
to understand to business users without requiring users to
have knowledge of complex statistical analysis mathematics.
